Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Cancellation, No-Shows, and Termination
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time or fail to show up at the appointment without notice (“no-show”), we have the right to charge you for the full amount of the session.

Refund Policy
We offer a free 20 minute consultation in order for both parties to decide if there is a good match for working together. Any time spent in session after this initial consultation will be billed for the full amount listed on the Appointments Page. There are no refunds offered for sessions that have already begun or completed.
